Years ago I became frustrated with how I hired people so I decided to do something about it. I researched, I worked at places where I had to build products and processes to hire thousands of people, and I tested my own assumptions. Lying to Ourselves is a place to share what I've learned.​

In my day job, I help early-stage companies scale their revenue, develop evidence-based hiring processes, and increase their sales. In my past life, I led sales and product teams at companies from start-up to multi-billion dollar enterprises.
